Now his daughter has become just opposite to him. Shruthi made her debut as heroine through the Bollywood film Luck which turned out to be an utter flop. She was considered as an unlucky actress.
At this juncture she made her debut in Tamil through the film Ezham Arivu. Later one she acted in the Telugu film Gabbar Singh which turned out to be a super hit. Now she has earned the name as a lucky actress. Shruthi is in cloud nine because of this.Apart from acting in lots of Telugu films she is also acting in a Hindi film to be directed by Prabhu Deva. In the r ecent times Shruthi has been showing keen interest in spirituality. She had been to Kerala and visited the Padmanabhaswamy Temple in Trivandrum. She while speaking about this said, "Kerala's beauty attracted me very much. I got the sense of worth here. I went to Padmanabhaswamy Temple and worshipped.
