She is currently pairing with Vikram in the film I directed by Shankar. Now after Amy another British girl Anara is coming to Kollywood. She has made her debut through the film titled Kadhale Ennai Kadhali. Santosh is debuting as hero in this film.
Debutant director Shaan is directing this film. He while speaking about this film said, " A Tamil boys fall in love with a British girl. The parents of the boy refuse to accept the foreign girl. How Anara convinces them and becomes their daughter-in-law is the rest of the story. We were in search for a foreign girl who wo uld suit Tamil cinema.We had given advertisements in London newspapers. Seeing these advertisement 50 British girls approached us. Among them there was a girl with black hair and with looks of a Tamilian. We selected her. Her name is Anara. The shooting of the whole film took place in London. Nizhalgal Ravi and Mayilsami are also acting in this film. English actor Roy has donned the villain role. Vimal Raj has composed the music while Saravanan has handled the camera."
