UTV Motion Pictures are for the first time producing a direct high budgeted Tamil film titled Mugamoodi.

Jiva, Narain, Pooja Hegde, Nasar and others have starred in this film. The film which has been directed by Mysskin has the music of Kay.

The audio launch of this film was held in Chennai yesterday. Actor Vijay released the audio CD which was received by the Kannada actor Puneeth Rajkumar.

Apart from screening the teaser which was earlier released i n First Look function, the new trailer and a song sequence Kudi Vaazhthu from this film was screened.

Vijay while speaking said, "My son Sanjay is an ardent fan of Jiva. He was not able to participate in this function. So he told me to convey his wishes.

All the directors have a liking for Jiva. My heartfelt wishes to all the cast and crew who had worked in this film."

Mysskin while speaking on this occasion said, "I will not say that I have made a film that no one has made so far. Don't come with lots of expectations. This is an ordinary story.

The story of this film is how a hero in the platform becomes a super hero. From this itself you can understand that Mugamoodi is an ordinary story"

This film is being released on 31st August in Tamil, Telugu and Hindi languages.
