Similarly Murattu Kaalai was remade and Sundar C donned the lead role. Now the most famous film of Rajni titled Thillu Mullu is to be remade in Tamil.

Many producers were trying to acquire the remake rights of this film. Thillu Mullu is a film which had Rajnikanth in the lead role.

Rajni donned two getups in this film. In one getu p Rajni will have moustache and in another getup he will not have a moustache in this comical film. This film was directed by K Balachandar.

Vendhar Films has now acquired the remake rights of this film. Shiva who had rocked in comedy in the films Chennai 28, Tamil Padam and Kalakalappu will don the role which Rajni donned in the original version.
