Vishal was the hero in the superhit 'Sandakozhi' directed by Lingusamy. The director plans to make a sequel titled 'Sandakozhi 2′ with Vizhal as the hero again. The film will hit the floors by May this year.
Meera Jasmine played against Vishal in 'Sandakozhi'. It remains to be seen whether Lingusamy will feature her in 'Sandakozhi 2′ also?. The cast will be finalized when the project takes shape.
Vishal will be playing a triple role in 'Masala Café' directed by Sundar C. He will start working for this commercial mass entertainer after 'Samaran' is completed.
Currently the actor is busy wrapping up his portion in 'Samaran' in which Trisha is the female lead. The Samaran film unit will be leaving for Bangkok soon to finish the last schedule.
Last year Vishal had two films_Bala's 'Avan Ivan and Prabhu Deva's 'Vedi'.
